SAVE TIME MONEY AND MATERIAL

• We are very fast. 4.5km+ in a day is achievable on a major lift pass. On a bedding pass we can achieve 16km/day.
• Because the machine is fully remote controlled, the operator can look into the exact part of the trench where the material is being placed and make small changes to conveyor speed and boom position to achieve accurate material placement. This is very important when it comes to expending money on imported material.
• The vehicle packs a punch. In most real-world applications 600-1000 tonnes a day is achievable. These direct drive vehicles are very different to flowcon trucks which usually are limited in their output to the power in their power take off unit.
• The vehicle is small. Only 8 tonnes unladen and only 2.5 metres wide. It is 4-wheel drive, 4- wheel steer. It can work in areas that would be too tight for other machines. It also means that it won’t bog down like larger slingers and sand trailers do.
• Being able to complete the project quickly means that one slinger can usually keep up with 2 trenchers. This results in a massive cost saving compared to other methods.
• Our speed means that more trenching can be opened in a day and left open later in the day. Closing the trench quickly leads to advantages in safety and lessons the exposure of the trench to weather events.
