We are very fast. We can place 600-1000 tonnes in a day. On large steep batters we are around 5 times quicker than an excavator.

Because the machine is fully remote controlled, the operator has a vantage point to evenly control the spread of material over the batter.

The vehicle is self-propelled 4 wheel drive with 4 wheel steer . This means the vehicle can drive along an alignment whilst simultaneously delivering material along the batter. It also means the vehicle can move from batter to batter usually without the need to be floated.

The vehicle can propel material up to 40m away which means that even with the steepest batters the material can be delivered from the alignment or bench without the need to drive onto the batter.

With no driver in the vehicle, the risk to an operator posed by potential vehicle roll over is eliminated. Our method also greatly reduces “working from heights” risks.

Reduced compaction reduces the amount of material required to produce a given quantity of cubic metres and generally results in a quicker more successful establishment of vegetation.
